I recently purchased a car from Advanced auto sales, and while the experience had its highlights, there were significant concerns that I feel compelled to share. On the positive side, the staff at the dealership were incredibly helpful and worked diligently to secure good financing rates for me. Their customer service was top-notch, and I truly appreciated their willingness to assist throughout the buying process. However, I was disappointed to discover that the car came equipped with studded Snow Claw winter tires, which will be illegal under new Rhode Island regulations set to take effect on April 1st. Despite bringing this issue to their attention, the dealership has refused to provide new, compliant tires as a resolution, instead suggesting that the only solution is to remove the studs from the tires. This lack of a proper solution is concerning, especially for a business that should prioritize the safety and legality of the vehicles they sell. Additionally, it seems that the dealership may not take the necessary time to properly assess the condition of the cars on their lot. It raises questions about their commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Overall, while my interactions with the staff were positive, the unresolved issue with the tires and the apparent oversight in vehicle inspection make it hard for me to fully recommend this dealership to others.

Today, I got my first car here with Kenny’s help. I cannot stress enough how much he rocks. There was no pressure to buy a car, and he was so patient throughout the entire process. Since it was my first time, I had a boatload of questions and he answered all of them, even the dumb ones, with grace. He was on top of everything and communicated thoroughly. He made an otherwise stressful and complicated thing easy and straightforward. Greg was super quick and helpful too! Just all around great experience and I got a beautiful car out of it! 😊

This place had great deals for cars. Needed a big reliable family car and found one after searching all over for weeks. Sharon was super nice, friendly and helpful. This was my first time going through a car buying process and I was uneducated and asked a lot of questions. They were easy to understand and helpful. Process was pleasant and faster than expected! Will recommend to friends and family! UPDATE: My new car was totaled by another driver 5 months after purchase. Also 2 weeks before my due date! We needed a car FAST. Luckily they had the same style car in stock and the process was so fast. We test drive on Monday and we're driving off the lot in our new car by Thursday. (Could have been Wed but we were busy) She was so accommodating! Exactly what we needed! Fast and easy process, she's a pleasure to work with!
