They provided detailed evaluation of current problem and other things that should be addressed at some point in the future. They kept me up to date with the progress and work was done on time.

This shop has been amazing. I purchased an endurance extended warranty and that company is awful to say the least. Advanced and there service team went above and beyond to help make sure that endurance didn’t screw me like the were trying to. The communication and customer service is second to none! They treat you like family here and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for the job to be done right and to have a great experience while getting it done! I have already told my daughter to take her new car there for all her repairs and maintenance needs.

I discovered this shop when my 2018 BMW X3 experienced a coolant leak on my way to work. I have a warranty through DOWC and was unsure how to handle this process as this was my first major claim with them since owning this for only 8 months. I asked my warranty company to send me a list of shops that I can bring this vehicle to and at the top of the list was this shop. I read the reviews and this place stood out to be a reputable shop in my opinion. So I made an appt online and they were very responsive to call and confirm the issues I was experiencing. I set up the tow and had it towed to the shop the next day. From the first interactions with Tim and the staff at Advanced they were knowledgeable, friendly, honest, trustworthy, and honestly even funny (after he read my password for logging onto the warranty portal, HILARIOUS). They gave us constant updates and was upfront with pricing and work and helped us make the best decision. They took the worry and confusion out of this process by explaining what was needed and required and how the process works. BTW, did I mention they took care of the whole process for the claim to my warranty company? TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!! I am so lucky to have found my new GO-TO shop at Advanced. We are so appreciative of your honestly and integrity! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!!

Got a flat at the rotary and kept driving back to Advanced. They were helpful and professional, got me a replacement tire and even offered a loaner. I love having somewhere local that knows me and my car. They even noticed I was due for an oil change soon and reached out to see if I wanted to do the service at the same time.

I originally came here on the recommendation of other customers and after the dealer wanted way too much money to perform service on my vehicle. They performed an extensive inspection of my vehicle, including photo's of the areas of concern, which showed a couple of things my dealer's inspection missed. All of the scheduling, work approvals, and payments were done on-line which was a big time savings for me. They kept in regular contact by text message as to the status of my vehicle and had it ready as promised, even though they were short staffed. I highly recommend them.
