So me and my family go to advantage car and credit in New Carlisle we chose to pick out a Chrysler 2016 200 sport beautiful car inside and out couldn't complain drove it about 300 miles 400 miles started hearing rattling sounds like lower tie rods upper tie rod stretch shocks on nine yards. So I called him back they told me to take it to the shop so here I'm sitting at the shop now. First off top it's got a bad motor mount. It's up on the right now so we don't even know what else is wrong with it it sounds like it's going to need a whole suspension redone. Thank God for that insurance that we have. Do there or do not have their cars inspected and checked before they send them off what if a child was in one of these cars and something bad happened. This isn't a good look. I hope it's nothing too major because I really like this car. I'll keep you updated on this process I'll plus I'm going to have to go without a car for 2 to 3 days they don't offer a rental they don't offer a loaner. And I use my car for work so what am I supposed to do?..

Absolute best car buying experience ever! Josh was The Best! He explained everything perfectly & discussed my options! My credit & payment history wasn't the best but he was able to get the car I wanted!
