Advantage Ford

Advantage Ford is the yardstick on which all others should be measured. After a difficult and disappointing experience at another Ford dealership closer to my home, I reached out to Stuart at Advantage Ford, who I’ve known from when he was the Accessories Advisor and is now in sales. I called him specifically because he has consistently demonstrated a high level of integrity—and quite frankly, I trust him. I purchased this truck and the one before it at Advantage Ford, and despite being all the way across the city, I knew it was worth going back to them for service. I simply asked Stuart if he could introduce me to the Service Manager, as I had a unique issue and was coming off a very frustrating experience elsewhere. Two or three sentences into the call, the General Manager, Chris, picks up the phone: “What’s going on? How can I help? Give me your address and I’ll send someone right now to pick up the vehicle.” Who does that? Most GMs are behind a desk with the door closed. I told him to slow down and that Monday would be fine. He gave me his personal cell number, asked me to text him videos of the issue, and personally made sure I was booked in. From there, the Service Department was outstanding—professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. They handled every issue, kept me informed, and made the entire process painless. Valet service, shuttles to get me home and back—everything was seamless. I will gladly drive across the city for service like this. Keep up the great work—this level of service is rare. Love it.

Purchased a vehicle through Village Honda that came from Advantage Ford. They are part of a group of dealerships that work together to satisfy customers needs. The transaction through Village Honda was quick and smooth and with the 2 dealerships working together found me exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. I found a week later that I was missing a part I needed for charging my vehicle so I called Advantage ford and left a message for the manager to call me back. Zack called me back the following morning and was kind and amazing to deal with. He was Happy to help and having the same type of vehicle I purchased he walked me through some questions I had. We had a great conversation and he was quick in getting me the part I was missing. 100% satisfied with both Dealerships and the people involved. Thank you Zack, Advantage Ford and Village Honda!! Love the service at advantage ford. Have bought two cars from them so far. The atmosphere is always happy, and bustling with positive energy. If you are waiting for a shuttle no matter who walks past they say hi and smile genuinely. Sammy at the front desk is especially kind and friendly and is an absolute asset and Rita is such a genuine and kind caring person. Daryl, the service manager, Kevin and Steve also provided exemplary care for me. I really appreciate the service. Keep up the great work!!!
