I visited Advantage Nissan with a vague idea of what I wanted (fuel economy, red car). Vic and Teolina were great, knowing exactly what would fit my needs! They explained all the features of my new car to me, patiently walking me through everything. The entire process of buying the car was painless because they saw to it that I was well taken care of. BEST of the BEST!! I just can’t say enough good things about Advantage Nissan in Bremerton. I have not purchased a vehicle in quite some time and was a little nervous since so many dealerships have people in sales that are pushy at best, and sometimes even rude, just to try to get a sell! It was the total opposite here! I had an amazing gentleman named Vic who was much more interested that I got a car that was good for me, within my price range, than just pushing a car on me. He was very knowledgeable and patient, but more than that, it was obvious he actually cared about my wife and I getting what we needed, and wanted. I also visited their service department to make sure I would receive good care there if I purchased one of their vehicles. One of the managers, AK (who was also amazing), took me over and sure enough, each and every one of them were top notch, showing us sincere respect and the same level of customer care that Vic had shown us. I believe it was also there that we even met the owner, Chuck who was just a down to earth guy who obviously cares more about people, than things! Even at the end of the process, working with Shane in wrapping things up … top notch service and care! WOW, you just don’t find this as much now days. Bottom line, I just can’t say enough good things about Advantage Nissan and their entire team! Without a bit of doubt, I now know where I will be buying my next car as well!!!
