She was patient, attentive, and took the time to understand our needs, guiding us through the process to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for. She also explained how to use the app, which made the overall experience much easier for me. Luis, our finance manager, was equally professional and transparent. He handled all the financial aspects clearly and thoroughly, taking the time to explain every detail from start to finish.. Leased my first Highlander from Toyota with Eric Castro. I walked right in to the store and he greeted me and immediately started helping me find the model and trim I was looking for! He was very helpful and insightful during the test drive and when we spoke about the car during the final walkthrough. He made the negotiation painless and quick.
