Adventure Chevrolet Buick GMC

I finalized a deal for a new Buick Envista. April 3/25. I think Phil Colborne stayed a little late on the day we finalized the deal. The big thing that set him and this dealership apart was that he noticed that I had trouble reaching to close the hatch. He and some people from parts looked to see if they could order a strap. They didn't find one they thought was right, so they devised a reaching assist for me. It was ready when I came in to pick up the vehicle.

We purchased a used 2019 truck from here. Overall the experience was easy, but we won't be giving 5 stars. The vehicle could've been cleaned/ vacuumed better, and there were somethings that needed to be fixed and/or replaced on the truck, like a windshield for example. Usually this is done before the truck is put up for sale. The cost that was quoted to us was about 3 times the price of a glass shop, so we declined the replacement from the dealership as we're already paying enough money. We also picked the vehicle up with only 1/4 tank of fuel in it. I've personally had 3 dealerships that have fuelled my vehicle up before we took it off the lot. I guess you could say it's a token of customer appreciation that not every dealership has.

The BEST service department you could ask for. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable, and they always go above and beyond to help with anything that's needed for our vehicles.

My friend had an appointment for a recall replacement that was done fast. Received a courtesy ride to & from lunch while we waited. Friendly & professional service.

Had great service at last minute before holidays. Explained what was done and the costs involved. It's always been a good experience going to the professionals at Adventure.
