When we need another vehicle we will 100% be returning back to Adventure Subaru. Our sales guy Anthony, and the rest of the staff are amazing. You walk in and the atmosphere tells you that everybody working their loves their jobs, and it shows. What a great experience, thanks so much!!!

Julian, Chealsea, and Randy for helping me trade my 2023 WRX for a beautiful 2025 BRZ. I got the BEST trade in value and PRAISE GOD & JESUS that I don't have a car payment for the couple months!!! I couldn't have asked for a better car choice than my BRZ!!! AND CHRIS IN THE USED CAR DEPARTMENT IS THE BEST!!! He made sure I had GAP insurance and waited until way after hours for me to return the next day. He made sure All my needs were met with the finishing paperwork. Chealsea made sure I got the absolute best price for selling my WRX to them, thank you so much!! And Julian is a excellent salesman!!! He brought the absolute perfect car for me. This is by far the best Subaru Dealership I’ve ever visited. They have multiple waiting areas all with free fast WiFi. They have plenty of seating options from soft comfortable chairs to firm work desk chairs. They have a decent selection of free drinks including water, coffee, and hot coco. They also have a rotating selection of snacks. Staff here are always kind and professional. Kid and pet friendly. Overall this dealership is amazing so much so that I am now a dedicated customer for life.

This review is long overdue!! WE LOVE Adventure Subaru and Micheal is the absolute best! We have bought 3 cars from him over the past 4 years because of his absolute genuine kindness! The best part is that we can completely trust him to give us the most honest deal that fits our family. Our daughter and son in law went in last fall to see if trading in their cross trek was a good idea and we had no concerns! We knew Micheal would take excellent care of them and help them to make the best decision for their growing family! Thank you Micheal and Adventure for being so honest, trustworthy, and advocates for individual needs! :) We will be back!

The finance department did math wrong I was out 1400 dollars, it took over a year dealing with the state over the finance error. They said oh its out of our hands now. Literally no help. Lowest offer on truck I wanted to sell. Lease will screw you over don't do it. They take way to long to service vehicle, schedule an appointment for oil change and quoted an hour, always takes longer. Every time they turn your headlights off auto, and have people driving down the road with no taillights at night. I watched my car get pulled around 4 times while they got other people out. Why would that ever be a thing. I sat here 20 minutes while I watched my car get pulled around if I wouldn't have walked out to say something how much extra time would I have sat here? Update here for my last and final warrantied 24k service. I was quoted 1 hour and 15 minutes. 2 hours later still sitting here for an oil change. 20 minutes ago my car was driven off the lot apparently taken to a different shop. This place has terrible service and does who knows what with your car, from the looks of it they took mine to lunch. I went in for a windshield repair, the scheduling person on the phone quoted 30 minutes. I got here they said an hour. It took 1.5 hours. I was told the windshield guy had a meeting at 1, so I was scheduled and had to wait for his 1 hour meeting. One more thing the windshield repair is a seal not a repair. There is a difference so now I am disappointed with that. Come on guys, communicate correctly!
