Great place and friendly people. Was looking for a daily driver with some space on it and saw a 2017 Sante fe and asked about it. They just got it so it wasn't even in the system yet but they let me take a look and drive it around. I was looking it over and one of the mechanics came over unpromted with paper towels to check the oil and to answer questions. Answers all my questions and was patient with me. Go to make the purchase and lost track of some of my info and they were understanding and waited 30min for me to finally find it. Overall great place and I recommend it if your looking for a car.

My son made his first purchase here. This was in November 2023. In April 2024 he was rear ended and the car was claimed to be a total loss. Insurance paid some of money owed and Gap Insurance paid a small percentage as well. Working with the bank that this dealership went through and the attempting to work with the dealership with attempting to get the account completely taken care of Dustin has been of no help and has made multiple empty promises to get things completed. The bank has reached out, my son and my parents have also reached out. (They were co-signers) There is a balance left that should have been taken care of months ago through the refund of the warranty that was purchased. The bank states that they are waiting on Dustin's signature to release this. This should have been conpleted long before now. Extra charges of late fees and such are accumulating. Never would I recommend this business or use it again. Overpriced vehicles and poor business ethics and customer satisfaction. Please rethink dealing with this company. My son made his first purchase through them and it has been an absolute nightmare for him. He was enrolled in a law enforcement program full time when the accident happened and was unable to work while in school. This ordeal has been very negative. He in no way should be accruing these charges and negativity to his credit because of the negligence of a poor businessman. Please go elsewhere!!! Would give a zero if I could still comment 🤔

Please look at the Google reviews on this business before purchasing from them!! We purchased a GMC Acadia on August 22nd. When we test drove it and examined the vehicle it seemed fine. The day after purchase it started shaking while driving and making a loud noise. We took it back to affordable automotive that day and explained what it was doing. They took the vehicle and told us they would get it fixed. They had the vehicle for 2 weeks and finally we got it back, they said they changed the sway bar and a part of the brakes. We had the car back maybe 2 days and it was still doing the same thing. We let a mechanic look at it and they showed us the transmission oil and it smelled burnt, he looked further into it and it was the transmission going out. We took it back down to affordable automotive and told them about the transmission and they said they would take it to a garage and get it fixed. Mind you, we purchased the 5 year warranty but they didn’t want to use the warranty but didn’t explain why. We told them the mechanic told us to either rebuild our transmission or put a new one in it so it doesn’t cancel out the warranty using a rebuilt transmission. They had the vehicle for 4 weeks and finally gave it back to us. They explained if we continued to have problems to bring it back and they would just switch the loan over to another vehicle on their lot. We drove it for about a day and the car was now making new noises and having a lot more problems. We took it back to them as they told us to do and they told us there was nothing they could do that we were stuck with this car. The lemon law in KY does not protect the buyers only the lot and they were aware of this. We asked for the owners name and they refused to provide it to us for 2 weeks so we had to search on our own to find who the owner was. We reached out to him and he never contacted us or even cared that they sold us a broken vehicle. We asked for all the paperwork on the vehicle and the owner texted one of his employees that and I quote, “ we do not have official documentation as the guy who fixed the transmission isn’t an official garage he does it out of his own residence “. The only paperwork they provided us was sargents balancing the car. We still have not heard from the owner or received any paperwork. They sold us this car knowing it has many issues and was okay with putting a family with small children in the vehicle. DO NOT trust this dealership, they are running very shady business practices and aren’t willing to make it right. The owner couldn’t even reach out to even apologize.

*UPDATED REVIEW* So I initially bought a Kia from this place a few months ago, after we had mechanical issues that was clearly dealer fault they agreed to "have it fixed". (This was an exhaust problem) Given I work full time, and hardly get any free time to look into this problem, once we received the "fixed" Kia, I didn't question anything. Turns out, the "mechanic" that fixed this car CUT OFF THE CATYLITIC CONVERTER. So, what would've been a couple hundred dollars has potentially turned into a 1-2,000$ job. Sketchy place. Do not recommend business here.

Excellent dealership. Purchased 2 vehicles here recently. Travis went above and beyond to take care of us.
