I trusted Charlie and layla to sale me a dependable, reliable, car with a the proper warranty.I purchased a 2017 Dodge Durango in September 2025 with a warranty that was no help! 7 months!! Transmission computer module went out on the vehicle. Very expensive!! The warranty that i was talked into purchasing would not cover the expenses. I am a single mother. I cannot afford to get it fixed out of pocket and still pay a $450 carnote payment. Now my credit will take a big hit! Typical Car salesmans! Please Make sure that you are aware of what you are purchasing. At the time everything looked and sounded good. Do not waste your time here like i did. I hope that Charlie and Lana have the life that they deserve. Please don't be fooled like they fooled me.

Layla was great thru the whole process! We needed a vehicle for winter up north and this was perfect. Most stuff was done online which made it super easy for my husband he owns his own truck and is on the road a lot so the easier the better! Getting approved was simple I think it only took one day and down payment was decent! I would recommend them for your purchase if you’re in the market. At least check them out their customer service was outstanding!
