# Summary The dealership earns consistent praise for knowledgeable, friendly staff who communicate transparently throughout the sales and financing process, with customers highlighting the extra effort made by team members to ensure smooth transactions. However, one customer raised serious concerns about inadequate pre-delivery inspections and poor follow-up, describing undisclosed mechanical issues including worn U-joints and damaged locking hubs discovered after purchase, along with unresponsiveness from management regarding repair costs.

The staff here are very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. They have a solid selection of new and used vehicles and did not hide anything as far as purchasing my 2026 Colorado went. I was kept in the loop about the price i was paying for the truck and all the extra warranties through out the entire process. The majority of my review goes to Jacob Pena, as I bought my truck through him. For a salesman who's only been in the industry for less than 6 months he spoke with the knowledge of someone who's been selling vehicles for 1 or more years. And the Finance manager i spoke with, Malekai I believe his name was, also very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about any information regarding my truck and all the warranties i got as well. I will absolutely send all my friends and family here for any future vehicle purchasing needs. Thank you Aggieland Chevrolet!

Got an Awesome truck for a great deal from Aggieland Chevrolet. Henry from the sales team helped me all the way and made the process simple and fair. Malek from the finance department was super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Thanks y’all for making the process flawless.

Their online specialist (Maddie) sent me pictures of the actual truck I was asking about, extremely nice and helpful! My salesman Clayton Gunn was great, he listened to all my needs for a truck and concerns for a warranty, he never pressured me into anything, or anything different. I explained to him I lived 3 hours away and just couldn’t “drop” by when we made the deal it was all over the phone and online paperwork which I’ve never done but they made it all so easy and stress free. Luke the finance guy, was fantastic sent me all the e docs and answered all my questions over the phone while reading through them. Clayton literally went the extra mile to get me in the truck! Most definitely would business with this dealership and especially these 3 people again!

My experience with this dealership raises serious concerns about their inspection and quality control processes. Prior to visiting, a friend and I scheduled an appointment to view a used Ford F-250. During our initial conversations, we specifically asked about the vehicle’s condition, safety, and reliability, and were assured it had been properly inspected and was in good working order. The salesperson we worked with was professional and helpful throughout the process. However, while waiting to finalize the purchase, we checked the oil and noticed it was both overfilled and unusually dark. We were told that the oil had been changed as part of the dealership’s pre-delivery inspection (PDI), and that some excess oil had been drained. After taking delivery, we remained uneasy and decided to perform our own oil change after approximately 60 miles. It quickly became clear that the oil had not been changed at all—it was pitch black. After notifying the salesperson, he investigated and confirmed that although the service department had charged for the PDI and oil change, the work had not actually been completed. To their credit, the dealership reimbursed us for the oil change promptly. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of more serious issues. Seventeen days after purchase, the truck developed a noticeable noise and failed to engage 4x4. We brought it to a trusted diesel repair shop, which conducted a thorough inspection and documented multiple safety concerns. The front-end U-joints were severely worn, and the locking hubs were damaged to the point of failure—conditions that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. When we contacted the dealership to discuss these findings, the interaction with the Sales Manager (Blake) was disappointing. Despite prior acknowledgment that the PDI had not been properly completed, he dismissed our concerns, questioned our credibility, and defended the service department without reviewing the documented evidence. We requested reasonable assistance with the $2,600 repair cost required to make the vehicle safe and roadworthy—repairs that should have been identified during any legitimate inspection. At his request, we provided detailed documentation, including photos, videos, and the repair invoice, on March 20, 2026. Since then, we have received no response. While the initial reimbursement for the oil change was handled appropriately, the broader pattern of missed inspections, safety oversights, and lack of accountability is concerning. Buyers—especially those purchasing vehicles for family members about to attend college—should exercise caution and consider having any vehicle independently inspected prior to purchase.
