I walked in test drove the vehicle I was looking at. Didn't really need convincing. Amar B. attended to the test drive immediately and he did a great job with taking care of all the paperwork and was on top of everything, all the requirements and follow up so I don't miss any info that could delay the process. Amar was a pleasant to work with throughout the process. Everyone involved was good. Of course some things could be better in general, bottom line I came to get a car and I got it. I recently purchased Mazda CX-5 from this location. Shobhit was my sales representative, very new but still tried his best to answer all my questions and find me a great deal. Very kind, polite and friendly. Also Financial Services Manager Heeral S was very knowledgeable, helpful, tried his best to help with financings, very professional and very helpful. Great experience would definitely recommend the team, if you know exactly what you looking for. 😊 p.S communication between the team needs improvement.

Overall everything was a brilliant by the sales consultant Mr. Amar and finance manager Jayden.. The GM is very approachable and the showroom is clean and chic too. Bought the car the first time i went there..

We bought a new car here. I attempted to get a block heater installed before we picked it up. The parts guy told me my car (CX-5) would not work with the block heater because the cylinders automatically shut down at stops — only my model doesn’t have that feature, which he would have known had he bothered to check my VIN. Skeptical, I called another dealership closer to our home and the parts guy there looked up my car and found out the block heater WOULD work on our model. I booked an appointment and it’s currently plugged-in in our driveway. And not so much as a complimentary oil change with a new car. We only went to Agincourt because they had the model and colour we wanted. We won’t go back. In response to the Owner’s Response: The dealership that installed the block heater did contact Mazda Canada. And the block heater does work AND fit with my model. Your employee did not ask for my VIN so I’m not sure how he could verify anything. It definitely does not have cylinder deactivation. You’re gaslighting the people reading these reviews.
