I bought a used car from Shivam at Airport Kia last month. He was very professional and helpful throughout the buying process. I discovered a few minor issues in the first week after purchase and Shivam had me come back to have the car re-checked. The service tech person (manager?) was very courteous and professional as well, and he explained that they couldn't replicate one of the issues that I reported, but that the other two have been repaired free of charge. Overall, I feel very good about my car buying experience at Airport Kia so far.

I do not recommend Airport Kia. I purchased a 2022 Kia Carnival in June 2025. The windshield has been leaking ever since despite multiple attempts at resolution. Before I could take possession, the windshield had to be replaced in order to safety the vehicle. Within a week of picking up my new van, the windshield leaked all over the dashboard. I brought the van in for service and left it with Airport Kia for 5 days. As far as I could tell, the attempted fix was to apply additional caulking. A few weeks later it was still leaking. I attempted to pay for the windshield to be replaced by another vendor (rather than work with Airport Kia again), and was informed that whoever previously installed the window had urethaned on the mouldings and cut the heated windshield connectors. The estimated repair cost was now approaching $2K, so I went back to Airport Kia. After six emails and two calls I have not heard back from Airport Kia on a plan to address the situation. They did reply to some of those, and on Oct 17 (as I understood our conversation) we agreed I would send an email with photos detailing the situation. I sent the email, along with an almost weekly followup email (and one call) and the only reply I received (a month ago) was that they would have someone call me in the morning. No one called that I know of, and I have not heard anything since that email.
