If I could give 10 stars I would. I didn’t have the greatest buying experience a year ago at another dealer, recently my car got totalled and I was looking for a car under a timeline. Moe was my sales person and from the start he responded so quickly to my inquiry about a CRV that came in. He answered all my questions along the way and took his time to build a relationship with me as a client instead of being a pushy sales person. He was honest, professional, friendly and responsive to any questions I had. Karyn who dealt with the financing part was so lovely and also yet again did not push, I told her exactly the things I wanted to add and not add and she didn’t push any further to try and sell me stuff. She respected my needs as a client. She was also the same friendly, professional, and responsive. I could have gone back to my old dealer but because of the pushy and not great sales experience I had with them, they lost my business and instead Airport ford Lincoln gained my business. I’m super pleased with my purchase. When first viewing the car it was fresh on the lot and was quite used from the previous client, the detailing team did a fantastic job and made my used car feel brand new with no dirt or anything. Fantastic team of people in all departments thank you to everyone! Last dealership charged me over $2000 extra in add on fees I didn’t ask for, this dealer doesn’t play around and do those things very honest pricing and no hidden fees 👍

Just purchased a new 2026 Bronco, the whole experience from starting out how Rad(salesperson) reached out, and set everything up from test drive to vehicle details, and delivery. The other staff members are great too especially Logan, and Karyn who also helped me throughout the buying process. 10/10 would recommend to anyone buying a new car.

Wow, my husband and I just had the best car-buying experience ever, and I wanted to share it with everyone! Seriously, if you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Airport Ford on Rymal Road in Hamilton!! The entire staff was incredibly helpful but the star at the dealership, hands down, was my sales person, Dave Kerr. Dave honestly made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable and he really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase!! Also a big shout out to Martina Stojanovska, Financial Services Manager, and Milo Lattanzi New Vehicle Sales Manager for being unbelievably organized and absolutely wonderful to work with!! This is what a dealership should be like! Honest and hard working! I LOVE MY NEW FORD ESCAPE!!!

I cannot express how helpful and kind and PATIENT everyone was with my car search. Logan is a champ, he basically sold me two broncos. I was going back and forth and was pretty stressed with this being the newest truck I would have ever purchased and they were so helpful with keeping in touch with me via text and phone calls. Making sure all my questions were answered. Ricardo came though with some of the finer details in the contract and I left as a very happy customer. 10/10 would recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Airport ford - LOGAN knows his shit! Plus if you can’t pull the car into a tight spot he’s got it covered. 😂 might just be a “me” problem. Anyway they’re awesome. Go there.

I’ve been buying & servicing cars at Airport Ford for almost 30 years. I just bought a used F150 and, as usual, had a very positive experience. Joe Di Tomaso in particular was very helpful, even after the sale was completed. He was quick answering every question I had & any questions he wasn’t sure of he found the answer to in a timely manner. He represented the dealership very well and I wouldn’t hesitate to go to him again if I was purchasing another car. If you’re looking for a car, go see Joe!!
