# Summary The dealership receives mixed reviews, with customers praising the sales team's friendliness and the maintenance department's dedication to customer care, while others report significant issues with service department communication, vehicle condition misrepresentation, and staff reliability. Experiences range from long-term loyalty based on quality service to frustration over unresolved warranty issues and misleading vehicle descriptions.
Terrible service department. Sales have compassion but so do I when I'm making money. Purchased a new truck, drove it for 5800km , check engine light on. Not a big deal, (FYI; I'm a journeyman service technician with the busiest dealership in St. John's, I am well versed in how service departments work..OR NOT WORK.) I will have them inspect during my first service in a couple of days. Pick up my vehicle after serving and told the CEL is returning a code for "emission canister replacement", part has been ordered need to rebook for replacement. PITA, but I can relate, except they can't make a date because the part is *backordered*, they inform me they will call when the part arrives, expected time frame is "3-4 weeks". I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY CALL...14 YEARS LATER...yeah they never did call, the part never did get replaced. I just drove it, as it was not adversely affecting vehicle performance, only the environment...*rollseyes* ....wonderful people...
Just purchased my 5th vehicle from these guys, over the course of ten years. They are genuine, kind hearted people, both the sales team and maintenance. The maintenance department is honestly what keeps me coming back to Mazda, they will go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and taken care of. Malcolm is honestly the best ❤️
Sherry is a wonder to deal with!! Bought a 2023 mazda from them a few months ago and I was able to get my extended warranty refunded after deciding it wasn’t for me! Very kind gesture as they are not obligated to do so.
Misleading and disappointed. I inquired about a preowned Mazda and was told it was in mint condition. When I got to the dealership to see the car I seen that there were multiple scratches all over the sides, hood and roof, a deep scrape on the drivers side front bumper, excessive wear on the door trim , a rust spot forming on the roof, and the clips were missing on the roof track. I noticed all this within a 10 minute viewing. Yet, the salesman who had the car for several months didn’t? Then he said well it is a used car.
A worst place to go. Justin who is acting to be a loyal and honest person but who is the worst person I have ever seen in my life. He couldn’t even gave me a right answer about a thing. Never ever recommend that place to go in. Worst dealer I have ever seen in my life.
