Just wanted to share how absolutely thrilled our family is with the Mercedes we brought home. It is incredibly comfortable and The perfect size for our family. It’s in excellent condition and runs great! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, knew their stuff inside and out. Their expertise was truly great. We're genuinely happy with our car and the wonderful service we received!

In St Francis we refer to this place as the "Lemon Lot". I always feel so bad when I actually see a new victim perusing the lot. They purchase "salvage wrecks" from local junkyards, and perform the minimum of repairs necessary to get the car to start and drive. It's a good model for them because they only need to sell a couple of cars per month to be successful. If you buy a 2022 Mercedes from the junkyard for $1500 (salvage title/insurance total loss), reset all the codes that are illuminating the dashboard, replace the airbags, door panel, and fender for $2000, and then sell the car for $19,500...that's a pretty nice profit margin. Unfortunately, the unsuspecting buyer discovers this a week or two later when all the dashboard lights illuminate because the sensors are misaligned, critical parts are damaged or missing, frame is damaged...and you realize that you have a nice and shiny nightmare that requires thousands of dollars to restore properly. Do yourself a favor and skip this one...there are plenty of reputable establishments to buy a car from. EDIT: While reading some of the reviews, I discovered that at least two of the positive posts are family members...wow.

I flew in from a different state and they picked me up from the airport in the car I was going to purchase. They were very honest with me and the car was even better than I-expected. Dustin was also knowledgeable about the car and willing to spend as much time with me as needed. He washed the engine for me and I didn’t even ask for that! He even bought me a case of beer that I told him I liked that I couldn’t get back home.They are straight shooters and you won’t have any regrets purchasing from them. Only wish more car dealers were as honest as them!

I had a great experience with the purchase of my new vehicle! My salesperson was knowledgeable straightforward, and made the buying process so easy! I got a great car with very low miles and a great price! I will definitely shop here again! Great service

Bought my first car here. Was really excited about a month later I started having issues car would stall and shake. I contacted the dealership multiple times to resolve the issue….took about another month to get a response just for them to say there was no availability for service. I called the day I was supposed to go in and nobody answered. SAVE YOUR MONEY. My car has been sitting for month without repair and they will not help you. They do not care about keeping business, it is all about SALES. Although when I booth the car the owner Besim told me to contact him and him only for service. Disappointed with this business
