Finance manager tried to tell me my truck had a 36month/36k mile warranty and I needed to get the 100k mile extended warranty. I told her that was not correct and I was purchasing a diesel with a 7yr/100k mile warranty. She back tracked pretty quick once I asked the salesman to come in and verify the warranty. On top of that I was over charged sales taxes. My local FL DMV said they would have to mail the difference back to the dealer and they would issue me a check for the tax overage. Once I contacted the dealership I was told they keep any overages paid on taxes. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER.

The service was impeccable! All of the employees are very friendly and made sure to explain everything to me regarding my vehicle and the recommended services/maintenance. Had my part ordered and delivered in less than 20 minutes ! And fixed in less than an hour ! Very reasonable price as well ! 100% the only place I will be bringing my car ever . Thank y’all so much !

I have no issue with the quality of the work done at the service dept, however, when I brought my truck in when the windshield washer quit working after the freeze in January. They identified the problem and additionally the mechanic noticed that both tail lights had quit working. I was notified by the service dept that it would cost me $600+ to repair the windshield washer and replaced the tail lamps as both were maintenance items and not covered under my extended warranty. I requested a breakdown of the charges it was quoted $375 for the windshield washer repair and $200+ to change the tail lamp bulbs. I immediately told them I would change the tail lamps myself and my wife called our warranty company only to discover that they covered the repair to the winshield washer. Upon talking to the service dept after they advised they assumed it was a maintenance item and did not contact my warranty company. Additionally, I changed my tail lamps myself for $9 and it took less than 15 minutes to complete. $200+ charge for changing out tail lamps is outrageous and I can't see how any dealership could charge someone this kind of money for a minimal time and expense. Further, my owners manual shows a listing of all the fuses and what they control. None that I could find listed showed tail lamps. There wasn't any diagram schematic either to locate the placement of the fuses. Dodge needs to fix this. I only hope in the future that A. J. Dohman could ensure that the way this particular repair was handled does not happen to any other customers as it could cost them a lot money when it shouldn't.

I brought in my '21 JEEP Gladiator for a recall issue after receiving a notice in the mail. They had to "reprogram" something. They were very professional, very quick about getting it done, and took care of the issue. Kayla was great. Very happy with the service Department.

Bought a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado from them. The truck was super clean and well taken care of. I had minor issues with the tail lights after purchase and the sales manager ordered me new tail lights at no expense. Great customer service. Not to mention they had an event going on the day I took the truck home. I asked the finance guy how much the jambalaya plates were and he bought me and my family 4 plates. When it's time to buy again this will be one of the first places I look.
