had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle. Al was fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, the entire team provided excellent customer service, and I truly appreciated how smooth and enjoyable the experience was.

Manny took great care of us in our purchase of a new Lincoln. Gave us a great price without the bait and switch tactics of other dealers. Saiid was great to work with. Up front and very communicative throughout. He even came in on his day off because it was the only day we could make it to the dealership. The car was exactly as described/shown and the price was fair. Overall a very good experience.

Update: lincoln is refusing to fix the open recall on my corsair. After my last visit I brought my vehicle to a mechanic who was able to tell me the latch needs to be replaced in under 2 hrs of being there. No need to leave the vehicle for days. Now lincoln has a fix for the back up camera recall but is refusing to do the work. They are telling me I need to leave the car for 3 days for them to look at the latch (2hr job at most) then pay to have a latch on a 6 year old vehicle replaced costing hundreds of dollars and then they will finally do the recall on the back up camera. So im going to have to pay for a loaner car for probably a week while they work on a vehicle when its convenient for them. How about you let me schedule an appointment and look at my vehicle at that appointment time. It's a crazy concept I know. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went in for an oil change friday. I asked them to also take a look at my tire pressure sensors because 2 of them weren't working. They attempted to reset all 4 and now none of them will connect. Now Im being told I have to $162 per sensor to replace all 4. Im sorry I had 2 working ones when I went in there. I asked if my hatch not opening could be because of the open recall on my car. I was told no and that I would have to leave my car for 2-3 days for them to just look at it to figure out what is wrong with it. It does not take 3 days to look at hatch. Im not leaving my car for 3 days so your technicians to get around to it whenever they feel like it. I also asked about the open recall on my car which there is no fix for yet.

My brother and I live in homestead and we drove to west palm to purchase two Lincoln Navigators, they got us the deal we were looking for. Greg, Manny and the manager made it happen. They also went out of their way to help by any means possible. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family.
