# Summary The dealership receives praise from satisfied customers for its knowledgeable and friendly sales staff who create a comfortable buying experience, though service department experiences vary significantly with some customers reporting communication issues, diagnostic errors, and unresolved mechanical problems that resulted in repeated visits and substantial out-of-pocket costs. While certain service staff members are commended for their expertise and care, other encounters have been marked by lengthy wait times, poor customer service, and repeated failures to identify and resolve issues on the first attempt.
Sales rep and manager were very willing to work with me to find a happy balance on my car purchase. Very friendly group to work with. As we all know, the two most time consuming purchases we make are buying a car and getting a new cell phone. I’d have to say this was one of my better experiences on doing either. Good bye to the old and hello to the new.
Dealership has been good to me to this point. Marc in service is stand up gentleman and car guy. We vibe! He helped me bc he cares and is a car guys. He Knows! Some of othet service techs or writers are rood and not personality lack bc they aren't car peeps! I came in on non schedule code read and check up on system. Service writer explained things to me like I am some dumb. I may not be a ase mechanic but I know enough. The diagnosis code read is fair. It's policy. But having my car techically sit 3 hours seemed un touched and in same photo above is where car was at 115pm and is still sitting there at 316pm. No paperwork on charges for read and etc. But I get tech and mechanic get busy.. but from my exp as parts lead/professional acct handler at auto parts store. I know things happen and things get behind. But also car should be on lift for hight raise to work on block and sensors. Literally my car sat for 3 and half hours techically looked un touched! I will know once I get car back. Dual dash cams will prove this if worked on or ignored and wasting my time. Again mostly everyones been great! Marc as a service writer! Epic! Guy! Is a car guy and willl be honest with you! Rest of em I dont know. Some are rood and others are self centered and think everyone below there pay grade is stupid! Not saying not go. But just becareful who you get or talk to! This is just my take and auto enthusiast and car club follow up on services!
This has got to be the worst dealership I have ever been too. I bought my Ram rebel in to get work on in December of last year because my gauges weren’t working. They ended up changing my abs module. After the finished replacing the part I was driving home from the dealership my check engine light came back on, mind you I live 2 miles from the dealership. I called them and told them they said I could bring it back in and they would looked at it. I told them I could not right away because I own my own remodeling business and I needed my truck for work because I could not afford to push my jobs back and they do not offer loaners. Turns out my shifter went bad. So I had to get my truck towed in. They had to order the part which took for ever do them to get it and then put it in when it came and I had t constantly call them for updates which should be the other way around. Once it was finally done and I picked ho my truck the same exactly thing happened. While I was driving home the check engine light came on again! I called them and told them the check engine light came back on again they told me to bring it back in AGAIN! In the time it took me to bring my truck back in because once again I could not afford to be without my truck for work it broke down AGAIN and once again had to get it towed in. It turns it that that had missed something again another part was leaking onto the shifter they had just replaced that was shorting it out. They did not make me pay to replace and install that part but I did have to pay for the new part which is totally understandable. But what is not understandable or right is their negligence in missing that problem in the first place when they had my truck for another week “fixing the problem” with the same lack of communication. My check engine light has been on since and it is now the end of MAY but once again I use my truck for my income and to support my family. I have already had to turn down multiple jobs the cost me missing out on THOUSANDS of dollars. Three weeks ago my truck was again doing the same if not worse my truck was flashing all the service lights and telling me to service my shifter AGAIN! I called right away when that came on and they told me to bring it back in the next morning as I was driving to drop my kids off at their babysitters and then take my truck into the dealership I park in the babysitters driveway took my kids in got back in my truck when to go put my truck in drive it would not shift out of park. I turned the engine off and then the truck would not turn back on. I once again had to get it towed in. I told them all the service lights and errors it was showing me on the dash and that it was the shifter again. They said I had to wait 2-3 days for them to even look at it, you would think since my truck was a bring back for December of last year they would give it priority that’s just my thought and they way I would handle it but I guess that’s just me. When they finally looked at it they said nothing was wrong with it other than it was showing a few codes and they cleared it and it was ready to be picked up with no charge. I came to get it and wouldn’t you know same thing happened. Service shifter again and the truck won’t shift out of park. So ONCE AGAIN I had to get the truck towed in. You would think since they obviously keep missing something that they would offer to get it towed or even reimburse me for the multiple tows or help me with a loaner or rental but no. All the said is I can either get it towed in or not. What kind of customer service is that??? So I once again paid to get it towed in and the same story we can’t look at it for 2-3 days. When they finally looked at it they called me and said there were new codes and some software updates and I had to pay over 200 dollars this time. This was on Friday they called me and said it was ready. And I wish I was joking but Saturday I picked it up took it home went to go somewhere later and it won’t shift out of gear and is currently sitting there.
Our recent car purchase was an outstanding experience, thanks to Jaclyn and the exceptional sales team.
