I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Frustrated with the dealership where I purchased my SUV, I decided to contact Alex dealership for service. Stephanie was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. She provided me with a loaner vehicle that was very well kept, as well as put my mind at ease that everything would be taken care of. I also had my SUV detailed during the servicing. After a 35-minute drive, Loren Burway delivered my vehicle in Presteigne condition. It looked like it was just driven off the display floor. The Al Piemonte Lincoln Body Shop—and especially Steve, the Body Shop Manager—are truly exceptional. Steve is incredibly caring, friendly, and professional, and he made the entire repair process completely seamless. He worked directly with my insurance company, honored the agreed‑upon estimate without any surprises, and got my Nautilus scheduled right away. The repairs were finished in under a week, and Steve went above and beyond throughout the process. He coordinated with the rental car company to pick me up from the shop and later arranged for them to retrieve the rental once my vehicle was ready. I’m very particular about my car, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work—my Nautilus looks as good as new. I highly recommend the Al Piemonte Lincoln Body Shop, and I will absolutely return if I ever need their services again.

Be careful at this dealership! They took my EV clean Credit that I was supposed to get on my tax return and used it as a pretend rebate/discount and hid it under my rebate column and when I filed my tax return to get my clean credit for $3750. They rejected my tax return and said that the dealership took my credit when I went in to see them about it. They made up all these lies and said that I gave it to them and the whole reason I bought this hybrid was to be able to get a tax credit on my tax return nothing but liars and scam artist and I hired an attorney to go after them. Make sure if they have a column for Rebate you ask them what each and everything is under that Rebate because they’ll lie and cheat and steal it right from you. They’re trying to say that this car does not qualify for a EV clean car credit from the IRS but I called the IRS and they 100% said that this hybrid leased car qualifies which is just another lie on their review below! Do your homework Lincoln! I also called eight on your side. I’m gonna do whatever it takes to make you guys own your mistake. I called them the day after the IRS rejected my return because the car dealership took the credit and after being on hold for 10 minutes, they apologize and said they were mailing me out a check only because I called a week later because I did not receive the check all of a sudden the sales manager says I’m not getting a check. That the credit was showing up in my rebate which it wasn’t. and shocker that the finance guy and the salesman are both not working there anymore six months later what does that tell you what kind of dealership they run.
