Made an appointment online for a tires and alignment for my orange 22 versa known as Nemo. Tires look good and car drives good! I was missing a wheel lock on the passengers front. After car was done there was a wheel lock on that wheel. Your tech must of had a spare wheel lock that matched the rest of the locks. They did a great job. First time coming here and won’t hesitate to come back for stuff in the future. I’d like to buy lunch for the tech who gave me a spare wheel lock. Have someone reach out on Monday to coordinate lunch for this tech.

My experience using Al Piemonte Nissan dealership was amazing frome beginning to ending. The process was rather fast in my opinion, considering other dealerships. I was greeted by Jose Chavez. He was a kind youngman, very patient because I had many questions, if he didn't have the answer he located someone else to assist me. Jose made me feel real comfortable, by switching out cars and bringing cars that satisfied me. Best of all .I got a chance to test drive the ones I had in mind. Food was offered to us, which was very kind, water was brought to us. I'm so happy I did have to go to another dealership for my needs. It was handled by Al Piemonte Nissan dealership. A shout out to Jose, it's true first impressions matter. It was how he greeted us that made this decision happen. I came for one car, but The color wasn't what I wanted. The car salesman made it happen. I got my color blue. I am so happy I made this purchase.
