After our last truck left us hanging to deal with WEREWOLVES on our own. The guys at Alamo Ford put us in a Brand New Ford Ranger with and amazing warranty. They worked with us to get the perfect vehicle that was in our price and payment range. Hassle free, quick and easy process. Not to mention no surprises like other dealerships. AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT GOT THE RUN-AROUND: After a month-long wait for an appointment, they first tried to tell me nothing was wrong. I had to insist they look again before they finally admitted what needed to be fixed (It makes you wonder if they were just trying to avoid doing a warranty repair until my coverage expired?) 10 DAY DELAY: They repeatedly pushed back the date they said it was going to be ready and put other cars in front of ours with zero updates. I had to call them constantly just to see what was happening. NO HELP WITH RIDES: They refused to give me a loaner and never offered a shuttle (I don’t even know if they have one). Because they dragged their feet, my out-of-town guests had to change their flights and leave a day early. There is a HERTZ OFFICE physically attached to the building, yet they claimed they couldn't help with a rental. RUDE MANAGEMENT: I had to email them 5 times just to get basic warranty information on the new work because they never gave me any documentation about it. The Service Manager Chuck Reynolds finally replied in ALL CAPS, rudely stating there was "NO COVERAGE" because the dealership had to "EAT THE REPAIR" costs—which likely means he chose not to submit the claim to Ford Motor Co for reimbursement to avoid an audit, yet he took his frustration out on me. BOTTOM LINE: They act like they are doing you a “favor” to perform warranty service on repairs that shouldn’t be failing in the first place while ignoring your time and inconvenience. If you want a dealership that treats customers with respect and stands behind their work, I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Went in for a tire balance on a higher end car, not a Ford, due to the lack of ability to properly balance tires in this city. These guys, Josh and Seth are the absolute masters of the tire balancing tech and for the first time ism 35 years of owning cars, this, THIS is the best any have Ever been And that includes new ones different off the lot, most of the Fords. These guys need to be recognized for their outstanding understanding of balancing wheels and tires. I will be taking my other vehicle to the as well. If you need tires balanced, bring it here to these guys. They WILL do the job correctly and better
