Bought a certified used EX30 from Rachael! I drove from Rochester to buy the car and she had it ready for me to pick up same day. Got a very fair price for my trade in and my new car was clean and charged to full for me to drive home. I did come in relatively close to closing, so my new car tutorial was cut very short and the guy doing it had very little knowledge about the vehicle but that was the only minor issue I had.
