Went in the service area for advice on my steering wheel on my 2022 F 150 King Ranch that have a factory defect and she look up my phone number on her system and the first thing she said the car is out of warrantee so I ask her to just see it so she can give me a recommendation on the problem and she just told me no that I need to replace the whole steering wheel for just a small peeling piece of the plastic. Not much help from the service dep staff. The good thing that their are many other Ford Dealer that want your business.
