I never thought I’d become loyal to a dealership group but the service at any of the Alan Jay dealerships is just absolutely outstanding. Even if there’s a car I liked better elsewhere I’d still choose Alan Jay for the service. This was no different and our 4th time buying a vehicle from Alan Jay. James the manager of the wachula location provided an amazing experience both ease of transaction and customer service wise. Great prices, excellent communication and outstanding service. I highly recommend for any future car buying needs especially this branch with james! We love our Tahoe and our ram!

I called on a Monday, and got an appt on Tuesday for a cooling fan not working. Victor got me in first thing, and after a quick diagnosis, said it was the fan, and also leaking valve cover gaskets and one more seal. Parts would be in the next day. My extended warranty paid for the fan, and Jeep factory warranty paid for the oil leak repair. Victor kept me in the loop and the repair was completed professionally and on time as promised. I would definitely go back for future repairs.

Our sales person, Donna went out of her way to deliver top notch customer service. Our transaction went unbelievably smoothly due to her commitment to her customer. We are so happy! Mr Jackson, the service manager was also very helpful and so great to work with on our Jeep before we decided to buy another Jeep.
