The dealership receives strong praise for its sales team's professionalism and customer-focused approach, with several customers highlighting positive interactions and fair deals on vehicle purchases. However, experiences are mixed on the service side, with some customers reporting excellent support during recalls and maintenance, while others have noted inconsistent post-purchase service and a transactional feeling during non-sales interactions.
I’ve had this truck for just over a month now. Added a few pictures from today’s mountain adventure. I had a great experience buying this truck from the Team at Alan Webb (Bob, AJ and Alec) I couldn’t be happier! I could tell these guys liked Chevy’s as much as I do! I came in their dealership after 5pm looking for this truck and they were able to get me singed and out the door with a great deal on my new truck.!
Bought a 2025 Tahoe at year end. I like that they let me take the Tahoe home for a few days to try it out. That was an unexpected experience — and clearly helpful as I did purchase the Tahoe. The buying experience was fine. Not a lot of back and forth with sales people. I feel like I got a fair deal on the buy and on the trade in of my vehicle. At the end of the day, the numbers matter practically more than all other factors. So, solid experience of that part. I have my reservations about the service side. Something seems off. Not sure how to pinpoint it yet. Today I stopped in to pickup floor mats I ordered via the GM/Chevy app. I picked up the mats — in two big flat boxes — from the parts department. No offer to help install. No offer to help carry to my car. No offer to even hold the front door of the dealership open — even as I was clearly struggling carrying these boxes. I ended up just throwing the boxes in my trunk — install when I get home I guess. I took maybe 5-8 minutes to look at a few used cars by the area I parked. No one came out to see if I had any questions. They were not busy inside. That quick experience just left a bad taste. Made me feel like I was really just a transaction. I guess it’s too early to really know how I feel. But so far, mixed emotions.
Had to take my 2025 Equinox EV in for recall issues. It took over 8 hrs to install a part in order for car to get its SMS updates. They gave me a 2025 loaner car for the day due to having to install all updates that I have missed in the last 5 months. Great customer service and they kept me updated throughout the day. Thank you, Ronita!!!
My salesman was Bob Nodine and he was excellent!! Made the experience fast and easy and didn’t pressure me to make a quick decision. Very polite. Loved working with him and the signing of the papers was quick and painless. Would recommend Bob to everyone that’s looking for a car
Josh was an amazing sales person, He seemed to listen to my situation, answered all of my questions and concerns. Had a fairly long wait time to see the finance manager, but was overall a positive experience. AJ and Josh were easy to work with and really respect their customers, I will definitely send friends and family to this dealership
