Alan Webb Mazda

Had the best experience yesterday at Alan Webb Mazda purchasing my 2025 CX-5 Carbon edition! John Wheeler was fantastic to work with! I walked in knowing exactly what I was looking for. John was kind and respectful through the negotiating process and they gave me a great deal on my trade in as well! Eric Chavez also made the financing process smooth and easy! I was in and out in 3 hours. Thanks guys!

Came in for my scheduled service. Was greeted by the technician Sawyer who was going to be working on my car. Got an oil change and tire rotation in under 30 minutes! Great customer service. Great atmosphere.

So disappointed! First, I took a family member to Alan Webb Mazda for an after-hours vehicle service drop-off and I was extremely disappointed to see Alan Webb Mazda parks their new cars in the handicapped access way adjacent to the handicapped space. This would completely block disabled folks in wheelchairs from exiting their car. What a shame. Second, and to make matters worse, we actually weren't able to leave the dealership after completing the vehicle drop off because somebody had locked the gates behind us, barring us from driving away from the dealership property. I can't find any information on their website that says vehicles must be dropped off by a certain time. Luckily, I got ahold of a janitor who was able to unlock the gates for me. Before I wrote this review, I called Alan Webb Mazda and spoke to a woman in the service department about the locked gate issue. Unfortunately I didn't think to ask for her name, but she replied by saying "I tell my customers verbally about dropping cars off before 7pm, is there anything else I can help you with?" Not even a quick apology for the mix-up. My verbal request to add that information to the website was also ignored. At the time of writing this Google review, Alan Webb Mazda is averaging 2.9 stars on Yelp. No wonder! Horrible customer service.

Easy, quick, and amazing service! Caleb was super helpful from the first phone call to the last signature taking home my new cx5! And finance department was fun, friendly, and super knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend Alan Webb!

Perfect day to buy a new Mazda, ended up with a 2026 Mazda cx-50. John and Doug were a huge help in finding the perfect car for my family. Will be back again!
