Alaska Mobility

I talked to Sydnee a few weeks before beginning to plan a trip to Alaska. I also talked to Pat and they both figured out exactly what my husband needed for his comfort and safety. No pressure at all just a great knowledge of what they do every day! They eased my mind about every detail I was concerned about.They even sent me a video of Sydnee demonstrating how to work everthing.They are a great business to do a rental with.Honesty and integrity is hard to find these days and I am grateful for Pat and Sydnee and everything they did to make our visit to Alaska perfect!!

I know a couple of years have passed & I wasn’t able to write this review until now. My daughter passed away unexpectedly and I just didn’t feel up to getting this review done. It’s time so it’s my pleasure to write this review for Pat . Pat is the best to work with , he’s kind, caring, compassionate , to him “PEOPLE COME FIRST”that’s pretty hard to find these days. In fact it’s non existent. He helped us every step of the way in purchasing a new Vehicle. It was literally painless. No hoops of fire to jump through just smooth as warm butter. The transaction went very quickly. Pat and his wife are very compassionate and caring about their business and it shows . It’s such a blessing to have a dealership here in the valley and now one in Anchorage . I had the pleasure of working with Pat for several years prior to getting my new van . He was always willing to give me information and suggestions way before we bought the new van. I had an old make shift van that I always had questions about or needed fixed. I love their beautiful new location on Gamble Street in Anchorage too. The new dealership has a large inventory used and new vans. This is the place to go for all your mobility needs hands down. Wheelchairs, ramps, scooters, I always counted on his scooters at the Alaska State Fair as well. Thank you Pat KM

Alaska Mobility made our trip to Alaska possible with a family member in a wheelchair. We rented an accessible van. From booking to turning in the van - everything was easy. Bessie and Patrick were great to work with. They are very accommodating and offered an excellent rental price. Thanks for making our dream vacation possible! Highly recommend them!

I needed a new battery charger, and Pat and his staff were so helpful! They got me set up, and then he even helped us get back to our hotel! We did not plan to start our vacation looking at mobility devices, but they made everything go so smoothly!
