We got a flat tire by Albany. We were directed to get ahold of Albany Chrysler Center. They came almost immediately and went completely out of their way to help us get a new tire and back on the road as smoothly and fast as possible. This wasn't just a business situation. This was just simple kindness and caring for complete strangers. That is truly hard to find anymore. We couldn't be any more thankful.

Jon was great to work with. We showed up before closing. He didn’t rush us or made us feel we shouldn’t be there. They showed us numbers we agreed. Then they delivered and brought the paper work for us to sign after the truck was complete with the extras. Now that was a great experience. I will definitely work with them in the future

Great place to buy a vehicle. Daryl in Sales is very knowledgeable and patient. No high-pressure sale tactics, just trying to make sure you get the right car for you and all your questions answered. Rebecca made sure I felt welcome, Collin made sure I was clear on the numbers of the deal, and Deegan made the finance and paperwork as painless as it could be. Have had great experience with Service over the years as well. They have been quick to get me in for whatever I need, and helped source aftermarket parts for me. Small town dealership working hard to earn your business.

I would definitely recommend with five stars Albany Chrysler dealership and all their staff As one of the best places to purchase a new vehicle. I called them on Thursday about a vehicle. They had in stock and it was seamlessly delivered on Tuesday of the following week. They made everything so easy and this is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership and Colin the sales manager who was instrumental in making everything happen.

Very friendly service and had a "rental" Grand Cherokee $10 a day very fair price. My Ram was getting fixed found the main problem but still not 100% there is still something wrong with the vehicle that addressed before I left
