Albany CDJR had the truck I wanted. They gave me what I was asking for my 2013 RAM. The buying process was reasonably fast and painless. I will be buying my next vehicle there, and I am already telling all my friends about the great deal I got.

Drove by a hundred times wanting that Orange Jeep Wrangler, it was calling me, or should I say, my wife. Manual transmission, Just needed to be set free from the dealership. Went in and had a great time. No pressures at all, staff was so friendly and helpful, got a better interest rate than the one I prequalified for myself. Got there 20 minutes before closing and they had it outside waiting for us. They never once complained or made me feel bad for keeping them late. Great guys to work with. I would 100% recommend them. Overall probably one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you!

I can't say enough about how wonderful the buying experience was. We test drove the car on Sunday and went home to talk things over. The next day I was able to be fully financed before we ever drove on the lot. The transaction was easy and took less than 35 minutes. We worked with Jordan, Sam, Brittany, and Jiriah. This past weekend I purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee from Albany Chrysler Jeep, my salesman was Luis and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Luis was super friendly and didn’t pressure me at all (that’s always a concern as a woman buying a car alone), he made the whole process very easy and was even willing to help me get my rental car back to the rental place. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. I would not hesitate to buy from this dealership again.
