Albany Nissan

I had a great experience at Albany Nissan when purchasing my 2026 Nissan Kicks Last Saturday. and I want to give a big thank you to Brittany Beach for making the process so smooth. Brittany was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the purchase. She never pressured me and really focused on helping me find exactly what I wanted. Her customer service was excellent, and she made the entire buying experience easy and enjoyable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE PEOPLE!! Tags have not been received. Have been getting the run around for over a month. No one wants to extend the temporary tags and giving a hard time. Co- owner hung up on me when I was explaining the situation. Very rude and unprofessional people from registration and tag personnel, owners, and sales manager. They claim they will call you back but never do and never pick up the phone at all when you call. Not only did they give a problem with the tags but they also gave a problem on paying off the car that we traded in. Never on time with paperwork. Does not want to give out a new temporary tag nor extend it nor do they want to expedite the tag process so we will be able to drive the car. We were told it will take 4-6 weeks and the tag will be sent to us before it expires. That was a lie and the tags will not be sent to us until July 21. The tags are expiring on July 09. Instead of giving us the paperwork like the DMV has asked us to ask for so we can get the tags they want to cause a problem and say it's not their fault when it is. It took them a month to send the paperwork out to even get the tags started and now it will be another month before we even receive the tags. They are quick to sell a car but not quick to work on anything when it comes to paperwork nor customer complaints nor call backs to come up with a better solution. After July 09 I will not be able to drive a car that a payment is being paid on because of them.

Purchased a Chevy Tahoe from Albany Nissan in May. Our experience was great! Toni Stark was a great sales person. No pressure, listened and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Would do business with her and Albany Nissan in the future.

The process was very long but it was worth it. My first time buying a car . I wasn't nervous or had any doubts about being approved. Brittany was so professional,sweet and funny. She made my day. Out of all the dealerships I have visit; Nissan was my favorite. Thank you everyone for making my early Mother's Day gift so special.
