Albany Quality Cars

I told this dealership I was out of town and that my wife would make a 3 hour drive the following day to look at a truck. The next day, as my wife was pulling in, the truck we were looking at was being parked by another couple interested as well. There was also another interested customer earlier that day, apparently waited to hit the bank to buy the truck. Albany Quality Cars had told both parties they had to wait on my wife to make a decision. In short, this dealership has integrity and morals that I can’t say I have seen in all my car buying years. It was very admirable. I did not get a chance to meet them in person, but they were the nicest people over the phone and so helpful. My wife enjoyed her experience so much she wants to buy our next car from them in the near future! WE LOVE THE TRUCK!

I bought an F150 from the fellas here. They did right by me. They had everything set up for me when i got there and provided a pretty seemless purchase experience for me. The truck has some small cosmetic blemishes, but overall its in great shape. I'm very happy with the experience and my new truck!

Everyone at Albany Quality Cars was great to work with. The salespeople communicated well and were attentive to our needs. Daniel in finance was great and worked hard to get us the best interest rate on our loan. This is the second vehicle purchased from them, and it won't be the last.

I called and they had, in stock, the exact vehicle that fit my needs perfectly! The vehicle was ready when I arrived and was very clean. The salesman was very nice and answered all my questions. The gentleman who prepared the documents was efficient and it was a faster process than I thought it would be. I drove home happy and will buy here again !

CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND DANIEL AND JAMES WERE AMAZING!! They took care of me and my truck. Absolutely best truck buying experience I’ve ever had!!
