We felt no pressure. We test drove a warm vehicle. Features were explained efficiently. We bought a “top of the line CRV Hybrid” and gave absolutely no regrets!

I had a great experience at Alberta Honda thanks to Rebecca, the service advisor. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Rebecca took the time to clearly explain everything, kept me updated, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customers really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who is both this efficient and personable. Rebecca is amazing at her job, and I highly recommend her to anyone visiting Alberta Honda.

I recently brought my vehicle in to be serviced. I showed up super early and they still took me in. They also provided an Uber to and from their location as it was pouring out. I dealt with Allegra and she was fantastic.. I ended up needing my vehicle back by 2 pm and they had it ready for me around 12 pm. Allegra communicated with me throughout the whole process which made me feel reassured the whole time. Allegra was super friendly right off the bat especially for it being 630 AM and I just overall enjoyed my experience with her.

I had an issue with a update for my 2025 honda civic hybrid touring with a software update. So I spoke with Tina who was very helpful and she had Glen a mechanic work on it which took a couple hours. He did his best and updated it but it didn't work and booked me an appointment and now it works. Glen and Tina were both very helpful and personable and when I go to honda I always talk to Tina as my service advisor and highly recommend speaking with her. She also has a great sense of humour and is very honest to. Glen is very helpful and answers all my questions and gives his honest opinion.
