ALBI Kia St-Eustache

There’s nothing I hate more than dishonest service staff, especially when they’re handling my car behind closed doors. I got a new 2026 Kia from here and came in after a few weeks for a service appointment for an armrest repair, as it was creaking/clicking whenever I lay my arm on it while driving. One hour later, I was called to the counter. He just gives me my key and a document and says NOTHING. I had to ask him “Did it work? Was the issue fixed?” All I get from him was a “yes”. Zero details on what they did. I left. - Of course, my issue wasn’t fixed and the armrest is still clicking. - My car had an extra 3 kilometers on the mileage after I entered my car. For an armrest repair. Nothing on the document mentions this. Staff said nothing about it. - The service crew messed with my dashcam wiring. I have no idea why they’d touch my dashcam. All they have to do is unplug it to disable it. But they messed with the wiring that I had hidden around my car, which resulted in a new noise coming from my rear view mirror area because of the wiring, whenever the road is bad. Is it so hard to ask for some transparency when people are taking my own car and working on it? It’s getting difficult to find honest service these days. Definitely won’t come here again.

Very disappointing service. Rude staff making customer feel like stupid. I know customer service could be sometimes overwhelming but there's no need to treat clients in a bad way. I love my Kia but this kind of situations are the ones that makes me think about changing brand next time.

I was taken in charge by a warming, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful team, right as I past the door to when I was handed the keys of my new vehicule. Special thanks to Kaelan and Joel who really did the impossible to fulfill my needs and requests with professionalism and respect. Second vehicule bought there and I highly recommend!

A very good dealership. Sales person we had was very professional. We did not ended up buying a vehicle from this place because for some other reasons. However, we will definitely consider this place for any future needs.

Just picked up my 3rd vehicle from Albi Kia. The staff is knowledgeable and takes their time to explain features to you. Everyone greets you with a smile from start to finish.
