We were shopping for a new car, after three other dealerships we landed on Albi Mazda Mascouche and from the start we had such a good feeling. We were well received by Justin Lefebvre. He was very kind, patient and understood our wants and needs. He worked with us to find the ideal car within our budget and our specs. Then we had the pleasure of working with Kevin Deli. I’ve been to almost every Mazda dealership in Montréal and the surrounding areas, and talked to all kinds of salespeople, directors, and finance managers. Out of all of them, ALBI Mazda stood out the most. It may be the biggest Mazda dealership in North America, but what really impressed me was how warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming everyone was. The moment you walk in, it honestly feels like you’re joining a family. Even though it takes me about 35 minutes to drive to ALBI from home, their service and kindness make it totally worth it — I’ll definitely keep coming back here for maintenance. A huge shoutout to Mathew Jean, the salesperson who helped me. He’s not only super knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. He kept telling me, “Don’t worry, if you need anything, I’m here,” and he truly meant it. When we picked up the car last Thursday, he was supposed to finish at 4 p.m., but he stayed with us until after 5 just to make sure everything went smoothly. That kind of dedication is rare these days, and it made the whole car-buying experience so much easier and stress-free. Thank you so much, Mathew. You really made this experience a great one.
