I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience at Nissan, especially thanks to Manuel and Anne-Marie. These two went above and beyond for me in ways I’ll never forget. I was going through one of the hardest times in my life, and somehow, through all the chaos, they brought me peace of mind which felt impossible to obtain during such a time of despair. Manuel guided me through every step of the car buying process with such care, patience, and genuine support, it never once felt transactional. He truly listened, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish and was the best car dealer I could’ve ever even hoped for. Anne-Marie was incredibly kind, warm, and so on top of everything, her friendly energy and willingness to help made a world of difference. They both showed up for me in a time when I really needed it, and I’m beyond grateful for that and will never forget what they’ve done to help me through such a hard time. They made me feel supported in a way I’ve never felt before, even with people I would’ve considered to be close friends or family. Honestly, never expected to leave feeling part of a family but that’s exactly what happened after being in their presence just within the first few minutes of meeting them. I also want to recognize Jean-Simon and Gabrielle because they played such an important role in helping me receive my new vehicle in a way that allowed me to continue running my businesses and meet my daily responsibilities without missing a beat. Their efficiency and care didn’t go unnoticed and they did everything they could to ensure a speedy car delivery even though it was such a crazy busy day for them and it wasn’t planned they did it anyways so I didn’t have to go the weekend without a vehicle. To say thank you doesn’t feel like enough. I will absolutely be recommending this location and this incredible team and these specific people to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
