Update: Bought from them. This team is exceptional. Love my Subaru (Mazda next time lol). Had some issues and they have addressed each. If they're doing their best with a trade-in sale, you'll be just as good as me with a Mazda buy I'm sure! Julien and Andrew, thank you for making this happen! Who would have ever thought going into a dealership on a Sunday would be the best day ever to do it. These guys were very chill very communicative and very welcoming and courteous. If Andrew the sales manager and Julian the salesman are any reflection of this team overall then this is the dealership to deal with. I've been doing this for a month now and I have dealt with some I'll just say bad people and bad pricing tactics. I walked in asked the test drive a used Subaru they had they gave me the keys and said have fun I took it out for about an hour they didn't complain about it it felt great I came back I gave them a number I figured they would do what everybody else did and told me to go home because nobody wants to negotiate anymore but these guys did. They met me just above my number which is nearly impossible at dealerships as most of you will know. I haven't signed the paperwork or anything yet but just from the way I was treated today I felt I had to leave this review and I really don't see anything going wrong with the signing process. If you're looking for a Mazda these are the guys to come to I did test drive a Mazda as well and it was a superior car but the Subaru is my dream car lol give them a try stop by on a Sunday.

I went to the dealership to pick up a part for my CX-5. When I asked about the person at the parts counter about return policy, he recommended I check the VIN to the part and it turns out I ordered the wrong item. Not only did he accept the part back, but the correct item was half the price and in stock, and he got me a refund for the difference. He saved me a lot of time and money and I am very appreciative. Super nice guy. Before leaving, I asked one of the salesman if I could see if I could fit in a MX-5 (as I'm a pretty tall person and always had wondered), and I was clear I had no intent in purchasing the car. Regardless, he was really happy I asked and even put the roof up on the Miata in the showroom so I could sit in it. Another great guy. This was a great experience. I live 10 minutes from another Mazda dealer and 1.5 hours from Alden (I went here originally because of the parts warehouse) and I would drive back here if I was buying a Mazda. 10/10

Ryan was amazing from start to finish! He made the entire process easy and stress-free and truly went above and beyond. I’m absolutely loving my new Mazda CX-5. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Andrew in the finance department was also great to work with — very friendly, helpful, and made the paperwork portion smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend this team if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

I came here to test drive a Mazda 3 and a Mazda CX-5. I ended up doing a lot of research and going with a Camry, so I did not buy here. I did want to write a review because the service I received was great and the Chris Britto was such a great salesman to work with. At no point did I feel pressured or nervous like I do at most dealerships and he could answer all of my questions. I cannot say the same for the person I actually bought the car from at the Toyota dealership, but luckily I researched enough that it didn't matter. The waiting room was really nice as well. I definitely will come to this dealership in the future if I want a Mazda and I will refer anyone who wants a Mazda here!

Just purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition at this location on Saturday. The level of professionalism and honesty shocked me. I submitted online an inquiry about this specific vehicle the night before. 7:50am the next morning 10 minutes before they open I received an email from Andrew Eby, I was able to call him directly and booked an appointment for 8:00am… when I pulled up the vehicle was pulled up front, dealer plate already on the car, all he needed was my license. Took a copy and gave me the keys and told me to enjoy the test drive.. I absolutely loved the car. I went in pre-approved with my credit no issues with that. After coming up with final numbers, I was heading out the door when Amy (Finance Manager) introduced herself, she was very straight forward, told me she could get me a better interest rate, and the entire process would be smoother for both ends. I explained how I didn’t want my credit ran through 7 different banks. She understood completely and ran my credit through 1 bank! Instant approved, got me a rate 2.25% Lower and saved me 4k in interest. The service I received from everyone in the sales department was top notch they were all excited for me about saving money and ofc getting into a vehicle i now love.
