This was my first experience, going through a dealership getting a new vehicle and an electric vehicle at that amazing customer service Michael went above and beyond the rest of the team were extremely supportive and helpful when needed and Michael still checks in to see how things are going to see if I need anything. I have recommended so many people my son being one of them and he also got a new vehicle so 100 out of 100.

From the first message on Facebook messenger to several phone calls, my experience with Alderman’s Was fantastic. They worked with me to figure out the best road forward and I signed the paperwork on a Hummer EV edition one. They are still following up with me and staying in contact which is very nice to see. I had a great first experience at Alderman’s in Rutland, where I recently purchased a new truck. The exact truck that I was looking for was not on the lot, but the staff offered a number of different options, including trying to find one. The salesman (Rosario Dacosta), with the assistance of the sales manager (Dave), located one quickly and made the transaction happen in a smooth and timely manner. I found both of them to be good listeners, and never once felt that they were trying to push me towards anything but what I wanted. I very much enjoyed working with Rosario, he’s an enthusiastic young man, and he will answer your questions in a prompt and professional manner. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a Chevy or GMC, you make the trip to Rutland and see for yourself how easy the process can be.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new GMC AT4X. The truck itself is outstanding, and our salesman made the process smooth, professional, and low-pressure from start to finish. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all of our questions honestly, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We especially appreciated the patience and attention to detail during delivery and setup. The dealership experience overall was very positive, and we would absolutely recommend working with him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I believe there is always room for improvement and growth in any customer experience. A perfect score can sometimes discourage continued improvement, and I prefer to leave space for businesses that are already doing well to keep striving for even better service. Overall, though, this was a great experience and we’re very happy with our new AT4X.
