I just traded in a nice Chevy Silverado for an even nicer Tacoma from Alderman's and it was a very positive experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful, I got a fair trade-in, and there was zero pressure. The finance manager Mary even reminded me that I might be eligible for a refund from my existing extended warranty for the Chevy (and she was right). They're a great team and it's a great place to shop for a car.

Zack and the team at Alderman’s made the buying experience really easy, and we didn’t receive any pressure to purchase anything extra that we feel we didn’t need. I would highly recommend them if interested in purchasing a new or used car. I’m loving my 2023 RAV4!
