I had an awesome time here with Joe and his staff. They absolutely snagged me a perfect deal for my, basically new, 2024 Buick Envista. I was shopping in the area for a great deal and when the other competitors couldn't get me a good deal or vechile I came back after visiting earlier in the day. They offered me and my mother coffee and water while they helped with quick and effective service. The overall experience was top quality and the vechile was at a steal for the MSRP placed it around 24k and I got away with a killer deal. Definitely recommend in the future if you want to be treated fairly and like a human.

Searched online for some time. Drove from ways outta town to just browse and perhaps lock onto one car. The car I originally had intentions of getting got sold and they tried to reach out and inform me but I missed it. Further to Friday 3-6-26, make the trip out not knowing vehicle was sold. Get there around 3:45 meet Shawn Zdanavage then become aware the car I came to see was gone was then kindly redirected to some other very reasonable options and BOOM a very sleek low mileage nissan sentra popped up and the sales rep respectfully hinted thats its a awesome option for a individual like myself seeing it from our point of view and not pressuring anything. One test drive later and im set, focus now on a vehicle I didnt think to consider before but now know the potential. After some rather hassle free paperwork laid back exchange got to talk with Joe Finochiaro who was also very easy going explained and elaborated when needed clearly overall great process. Smooth interaction all around and I got to drive home same day in a better vehicle then I intended, best 2hr drive home ive ever had. Thanks everyone at the Bloomsburg Family GMC greatly!!!

We had the best experience shopping for my perfect, new-to-me vehicle! The entire transaction went smoothly, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. It felt like a true collaboration to get me what I wanted, rather than a transaction, which made a big difference for me. Anthony listened, respected where I was in the process, and worked with me instead of pushing me. What really stood out was how flexible and accommodating the dealership was overall. I felt like they met me where I was and took my individual needs seriously, which isn’t always the case when buying a vehicle. The process felt calm, straightforward and human. I also appreciated the leadership from Joe, the General Manager, and the conversations with Kevin from Finance. They were engaged, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a good experience, I’m extremely happy with the truck I purchased and very grateful for how smoothly it all came together. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you like a person and not just a sale, I’d absolutely recommend working with this team.

Buyer beware had bought a truck off of them and sold it a year later and I bought a extended warranty at the time of purchase. I canceled the extended warranty when I sold the truck back the first week of January and they told me eight weeks I’d have my refund for the extended warranty here. It is almost mid April and still haven’t received it yet and they keep giving me the runaround with it. Going to have to explore different options to try and receive my refund.
