Alexander Hyundai of Oxnard

My experience with Alexander Hyundai has been very disappointing. I purchased a new Ioniq 6 with high expectations, but the battery performance has been very inefficient and does not meet what was promised. It does not perform as it should for a vehicle in this price range. In addition, the vehicle has shut down on more than one occasion, which is extremely concerning for safety reasons. I have taken it to the service department several times, but they always say they “cannot find anything wrong” and closed my case without providing a real solution or a proper repair order. What makes this even more frustrating is that I am still making high monthly payments for a vehicle that does not work as expected. I feel ignored as a customer and unsupported by the brand. I bought this car trusting Hyundai’s reputation, but so far my experience has been stressful and disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service and take responsibility when their vehicles have real issues. I do not recommend this experience

Best Hyundai dealership experience we’ve had—period. After dealing with multiple frustrating dealers, Cornelius and his team at Alexander Hyundai of Oxnard restored our faith in the car-buying process. This car was for a young family member who has been through something very difficult, and Cornelius went above and beyond—presenting the car spotless with a bow and making her feel genuinely special. That level of care is rare. If you’re tired of the typical dealership runaround, go see Cornelius and his team. They do things the right way. We’ll absolutely be back.

The process was great and Nacho was amazing at explaining the process and the vehicle. The reason for a 4-Star was that their system went down and they did not communicate with us. Waited for about 2 hours. Other than that, the process and team were great.
