# Summary The dealership receives consistently high praise from satisfied customers who appreciate the staff's friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to work with buyers across multiple visits. However, negative experiences center on concerns about transparency regarding vehicle damage disclosures and the omission of critical information that should have been disclosed upfront, particularly affecting out-of-state customers.
Just bought a car from here. I had a wonderful experience. Jonathan and chase are the people you want to go for for all your car needs. No fuse no hassle. In and out with 2 hrs. Easiest car purchase I've had.
Buyer Beware, especially if you're not local. Ask the questions that I didn't ask - but I didn't feel it was necessary given what I was told. Or, in this case, NOT TOLD. Read on... I contacted them about a 24 Guilia Veloce that was listed at a significant discount off sticker. Jackson Kelly confirmed the vehicle was available, and while listed as used it has never been titled and comes with full factory warranty. He told me they got a few of these from Alfa Romeo on a special deal, and they were priced aggressively to move them out of Alfa's inventory. His exact words from an email: "This car came with an MSRP of ______, so you are saving close to _____ dollars with the year-end special". I live more than 500 miles from the dealership. It was Tuesday, Dec. 30, and I had plans for New Years. I asked about giving them a hold deposit and was informed they don't hold cars. They also don't offer electronic sales, and that they want ink on paper. I wanted the car, and we came to terms for me to buy and pick up the next day, New Years Eve. He told me he'd completed all the paperwork and the car had been prepped for delivery upon my arrival in the morning of the 31st. He also told me that he would be working that day at Gator's CDJR location, and that Chase would handle the paperwork and delivery. * Also important to note that upon my arrival, the car was not clean. The windows were filthy, and the car had water spots all over. Chase explained they had some rain overnight ๐. Sorry, but that car was not ready to be delivered. As we were going through the papers, Chase handed me a CarFax report. I glanced at it, signed it, and put it on the pile. (Honestly, I don't remember seeing one on the listing - but there is one on it now.) Next up, Chase gave me a disclosure form from FCA (Fiat Chrysler Corp) showing the car had suffered wind and hail damage. Repairs included a windshield replacement, body panel and hood replacement or refinish, and wheel repairs totaling over $17,000! HUH?? The disclosure also stated there is no warranty on any of the repairs. I went back to the CarFax that showed rear door glass had been replaced in addition to noting some of the other repairs. I was pi$$ed, but held back my frustration. At some point I asked Chase how long they'd had this car in inventory. He told me they bought it at auction from a dealer in Georgia that had closed down. Between Chase and Jackson, someone is misrepresenting the truth - some might even call it lying. Chase thought Jackson had told me about the damage. He didn't. Jackson ever said a word about it. I called Jackson, and discussed the situation. His answers were unsatisfactory. He told me the repairs were done "at the factory", whatever the hell that means. Repairs with no warranty? Yeah - I'm not buying it. Chase attempted to pad the deal with paint protection (essentially a wax detail kit). I refused. He seemed frustrated that I was not happy and was planning to leave. He tried in vain to convince me to buy the car by saying "let's just swap keys" - no money out of your pocket (it was around $2,200 w/my trade). Are you kidding me? Nope. Got in my car a drove home, $400 lighter with my expenses on the wasted trip. In hindsight, I didn't ask two critical questions - *Why is the car discounted so much? *Has there been any damage or repairs to the car? Had I been informed up front - especially because of the distance I was traveling - I never would have considered a purchase. My fault for failing to do their work for them. As a dealer, they did what they are required to do - provide a damage disclosure. It would have been great if that had been presented to me first. What happened here may not be illegal, but it sure is a lousy way to do business. Don't get burned like I did. Ask the critical questions, even if you believe you don't need to.
I had the best experience buying a car from this dealership. Not once but this is second vehicle that I have bought here in the last 3 years. Mikah was an awesome at selling me on the vehicle and took me around to other lots they have and we found the perfect suv for all of my needs. He was extremely attentive and got down to the bottom line with recommendations. Will and Jackson were amazing at arranging the deal and put it all together so quickly for me to be able to leave that day in a vehicle. Financing was super easy and everything went so quickly it was actually a delight. If you need a car and you want it to be painless, then definitely go see them! I highly recommend!
Johnny and Jaden were awesome! I drove 1.5 hours to come check out a Telluride that they had and they did not disappoint! Very personable and worked with us. I would highly recommend this dealership. We had a great experience
