I love this dealership they were kind and friendly since day one I came into the dealership, uncertain if I would come out with a vehicle and they assured and made sure I did get the vehicle I wanted. This was my first time buying a car Brian has been awesome helping me every single step of the way he had really good communication, keeping me up-to-date through text messaging and photos the entire time while I waited for my car to arrive. Brian also made the paperwork extremely easy and effortless. I would definitely shop here again. I will definitely be looking for Brian. I would even like to work here.

I just want to take a minute to give recognition to Anthony Dozier from Alfa Romeo of Maple Shade, New Jersey.He gave me one of the best experiences, I ever had. This was my first time ever financing a vehicle, and Anthony took the time to make sure I had knowledge of all of my options, he went above and beyond to make sure I was approved and able to finance the car I sincerely wanted. He gave me the most amazing trade in amount for my 2002 Honda Odyssey. When I say an amazing amount I mean literally 10xs its worth I wasn't even going to try to attempt to trade in because of the issues and the amounts offered at other places. My experience goes even deeper and better.I was unfortunately a victim in an accident Less than two weeks after financing my first vehicle. I notified Anthony the same day that this happened. Not only did anthony get right onto trying to help me make sure I could secure another vehicle, He also helped in my insurance claim for the previous one. He made sure that I was in a new vehicle within a week of my accident made sure that I got a great rate from the same lending company and in the end I made out way better than I did from the start.They treated me like I was family, and I truly felt that way from day 1! Any questions, concerns, or issues through this entire experience I've had, Anthony has always been made hisself immediately available. He has even helped me on days off through this process.I know this is a long experience and rating, However, I just wanted to help someone out there that may be struggling in their decision and looking for someone that's not just going to be just a salesman trying to secure a sale. There is a great place with so many options and will go above and beyond his title. Your guy is Anthony Dozier from Alfa Romeo and Fiat of Maple Shade NJ! I have had THE single worst experience ever coming to this place for vehicle repairs. Every department is segregated and doesn't work with each other. Nobody knows how to assist another if someone is out and as a customer, I am left with no answers. My vehicle repairs were scheduled to be 62hours worth of labor (approximately) but ended up taking 2 MONTHS to complete. I will NEVER return here no matter how bad I need something done with my vehicle. I advise all car people to steer clear of this place and it's services. I didn't have rental coverage at the time due to only assuming the 62hours would take a maximum of 1 week for repairs. I ended up needing to rent cars out of pocket for 2 months and got No Reimbursement for such. Don from the body shop helped as much as he could. (Maybe could have pressed to help a little more, but all good) Tara, helped in the beginning, friendly.. I posted photos of my driver side door and passenger side door for comparison, passenger side has a gap and driver side is clean..I don't understand... I wish I could rate 0 stars. Come here if you want to be a 1-time customer.

To be honest, my past experience at this place has been less than par. Today I came in for a recall and decided to see my options since my lease was ending. The salesman Ben and manager Bilal were extremely helpful. I would recommend this place now. Everything was quick easy and smooth, new car and out!

I had a great experience at this dealership. Everybody was so helpful. They let us test drive the car and answered all of our questions. Definitely go there if you need a car.
