I have never had such an amazing experience at a car dealership before. Ever. NO PRESSURE! The moment you walk in the door you can feel the calm energy. It is not at all like any other dealership. Meeting Tyler was an exceptional experience. He is so knowledgeable and non judgmental. I test drove the Alfa Romero Stelvio ti Sport awd and was floored. The car is a dream to drive and Tyler makes The whole experience feel like you are on a drive with a long time friend. Tim, the general manager, is so much fun to talk to. His knowledge about the cars in his dealership is very impressive. Once I made the easy decision to buy, everything else was still a breeze! Jada in financing was super sweet and easy to talk to. Every person there knows what they are doing and it shows! I will be a lifelong Alfa supporter because of them. Do not hesitate to check them out and ask for Tyler!

The worse experience I’ve had at this dealership! I left there with none of my concerns addressed and a dirty car with more concerns that didn’t exist prior. Since walking in the advisor/manager didn’t even want to acknowledge my concerns and only wanted diagnostics and when I asked to point out the concerns he stated it wouldn’t matter which I followed up with asking if a warranty administrator is available and he said he’s the warranty administrator which is a bold lie. They checked in the vehicle only for them to call me later saying they couldn’t find anything…which I had to point out what to do to duplicate the concerns again. It took me calling corporate to even get some kind of help. I emailed my point of contact and didn’t get any reply. I’m filing a report because this is ridiculous.

Had a great experience at this dealership when we sold our used Jeep there. Tim, the general manager, made sure everything was taken care of and went smoothly. Alyssa in finance knew how to answer all of our questions and you could tell she cared about doing a good job. The best part was that it was pretty quick and easy . We had considered trying to sell it on our own, and I am glad we didn’t.

The BEST Alfa dealer I have experienced in years. Im on my 13th Alfa Romeo. Wally the service manager did not try to talk me into tires, break pads etc like so many dealers. He was so courteous and prompt with phone calls. Service with Wally was a true pleasure and the way all Alfa dealers should opperate. They gave me a ride home to Kissimmee from Orlando and dropped my car back to me! I cant say enough. Sales people were not pushy in the least as I was looking at another Quadrifoglio, however were very respectful. Alfa Romeo of Central Florida will be getting ALL of my future business.
