The dealership receives mixed feedback, with customers praising its service department's communication, thoroughness, and friendly staff when services go smoothly, while one customer reported poor communication, lack of follow-up, and unmet expectations regarding loaner vehicles. Overall satisfaction appears strong among those who worked with attentive service advisors, though experiences vary significantly depending on individual staff interactions and service complexity.
Austin in service was awesome. We had to send our Stelvio to Cincinnati since Columbus no longer has an Alfa dealer for warranty work. He kept us updated via text, call or email on a part that was back ordered. Once the part was in he had it finished up sooner then we were originally told. They also completed a couple of program updates. I would recommend this store to anyone that has an Alfa in Columbus let alone in Cincinnati!
Hands down the worst service I’ve ever received for a European car in my life. I bought my 2020 Alfa from this dealer who assured me I’d receive a loaner car for services. That failed to be the case. I had my car towed to this dealer on 12/26/25. They’ve charged me $215 for “diagnostics” They’ve had my car 3 full days, and there is no diagnosis. I’ve spoken with Joey….but only because I’ve called him. I thought perhaps the dealer was the best place to service my car. Apparently not. Zero communication, zero diagnosis, and zero explanation. Joey was rude, condescending, and non communicative
I had an outstanding experience with my service advisor, Joey (Joseph Roberts), at Alfa Romeo. My car was in the shop for about a month, and after getting it towed from Columbus to Cincinnati, he handled everything with care from start to finish. He made sure all my parts were ordered, and even when we ran into a few obstacles, he kept me informed every single week. Joey was patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was that the service department didn’t offer a courtesy gas fill-up after I had to travel an hour and a half to pick up my car, especially considering the repairs were pretty hefty 6,000+ But nonetheless everything else was excellent. If you need service, definitely ask for Joey at Alfa Romeo in Plainville—great customer service and someone who truly looks out for you!
Great Service Department! I was very impressed with the ease of our appointment at this location. No pushy sales, just honest friendly service and advice. Glad we found you!
Checked out my favorite red car at this location, clean and comfortable showroom, the sale rep is very helpful, a detailed quote was given. Really helpful.
