I recently got an Alfa Romeo Stelvio through Jonathan, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the very start, he took the time to truly understand what I was looking for, both in terms of the car and my budget, and he delivered on both without missing a beat. What stood out most was how effortless the entire process felt. Jonathan was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I was happy with my decision. At no point did I ever feel pressured or rushed. There was zero of that desperate sales energy you dread when walking into a dealership, just a calm, professional, and refreshingly human experience. He matched me to exactly the right car, kept everything within my budget, and made what can typically be a stressful process feel completely smooth and straightforward. The Stelvio itself is everything I wanted and more. It is just so sleek and sporty, I am obsessed with how beautiful it looks. Honestly? Jonathan should be running the whole business with that type of approach! 10/10!

I visited on a Saturday and was helped by Jon, who made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured, which is rare in a dealership setting. I came in simply to test drive and see the Alfa Romeo Stelvio in person, with no intention of financing or leasing that day. Jon respected that completely. Despite not making a sale, he was generous with his time and offered helpful advice for when I’m ready to move forward with a purchase. This kind of no-pressure, customer-first service is hard to come by, especially compared to other dealerships I’ve visited. I left feeling informed and genuinely appreciated as a customer, not just as a potential sale. I will absolutely be returning to finalize my purchase, and I’ll be asking for Jon.

The staff was honest and provided excellent service. As a resident of Glendale, I had never leased a car from Glendale before, and I am honored that my first leased car from Glendale was the Alfa Romeo. Amazing experience. For the past 25 years I’ve bought numerous cars from the ELLIS family dealerships. Great customer service, great prices and always a great experience buying a car. I went in to co-sign for my daughter and test drove the new 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. The salesman Camilo was nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
