In June I found myself looking for a new vehicle and wanting something different from what I’d traditionally owned. While researching I came across a gorgeous Stelvio Ti and reached out to Alpha Romeo Oakville. I had an outstanding experience start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress free-something I haven’t always encountered at other dealerships. He handled everything from the moment I booked my test drive to the moment I drove “her” home, with care, transparency and professionalism. I never felt rushed or pressured, just supported and respected throughout the entire process. And the Stelvio? What a ride…I have the Sport Edition, it’s luxury and fun all rolled into one.

Loyal customer since 2022, and was happy until a breakdown in Apr 2026 when the dealership was particularly unhelpful and refused to look at the car for 3 weeks. I ended up towing it to another dealership and won’t go back to Oakville Alfa

Love the car but ability to get service in a timely manner is deplorable! Service when done is good. I live 200 kms away and no one will service! I have a major problem now and no service available for over a week! I’m afraid I will have to consider replacing this vehicle for a brand who can provide timely service.
