Big shout out to Laura and Michael at the Alfa Romeo Seattle dealership! My family has been long time Alfa Romeo customers (over 10 years) at the Kirkland location. We just recently learned that the Kirkland store was no longer going to be part of the Alfa Romeo group. This was initially a big shock because we were in the market for a new Alfa and didn't know what to do. Upon reaching out to Laura at the Seattle shop - she reassured us that we would be taken care of and there was no need to worry. Laura and sales manager, Michael, definitely lived up to their word and helped to get us setup with our new vehicle. Friendly and helpful team. They performed a service on my QV well within the timeframe they gave me. It’s a great location with plenty of nearby coffee shops and restaurants if your car is only going to be there for an hour or so. I don’t typically write reviews, but it was a breath of fresh air to work with a dealer that did what they said they would do, within the timeframe, and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services just because I was there. Picked up a 2024 Giulia QV from Alfa Romeo of Seattle and had a great experience all around. Tan was awesome during the test drive - took me on a great route and really knew the car inside and out. No pressure at all afterward, which I really appreciated. Prices were fair, and negotiating with Michael was super easy - I made a reasonable offer and we got to a deal quickly. Tan also followed up after the sale and made sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for an Alfa.

Had a great experience with Alfa Romeo of Seattle recently when I brought in my 2021 Giulia for service. The team was super helpful and got a new wheel ordered and delivered overnight, which saved me a ton of time. Everyone there was friendly, hands-on, and really made sure everything was taken care of the right way. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Big thanks to the whole crew — highly recommend them if you own an Alfa and want solid service and great communication.

I’ve serviced both my 4C and Giulia at this dealer, and the staff has always been nice, professional, and accommodating to my needs. Catia is very easy to work with, as she really understands the needs of these cars and always takes into an account the cars previous history to move forward for the next service.
