Alfa Romeo of the Main Line

I had been receiving multiple postcards from this dealership in regards to a recall on my Stelvio! I finally called to schedule an appointment and bought it in on the appointment date. Oddly enough, all the info I had given at the time of making the appointment wasn't in the system so when I arrived, I had to go through the process again. Not a big deal and the man who checked me in was kind and courteous! He made me aware of an additional recall and said they would be able to take care of that as well. I was thankful for that because I live an hour away and would definitely save me a trip. I waited for the vehicle so I'm not sure if there were other services available like a loaner or shuttle. The time went by quickly and they had two lounges with TVs and magazines while you wait. The general manager, Edgar introduced himself and checked in to make sure I was good and or if I needed anything which I appreciated! I had a very good experience with them and would recommend them.

Absolutely incredible experience! I was searching for a Giulia Competizione and they had the exact one I wanted. Even though I’m buying out of state, Ray and Jack went above and beyond to help. They sent me detailed photos and videos, kept me updated throughout the process, and assisted with shipping to California. Praise to Service Manager Steve and his staff. They did an excellent job servicing my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio including the dreaded serpentine belt replacement. Great job, great communication and competitive pricing. I would definitely use them again.

It's all true as you read the reviews when people say it's the best easiest buying experience that you can come on down and see Brian Parkhill one of the nicest down-to-earth no hassle salesman that I ever meant and Chuck and Steve the manager and everyone else that works at this location. We came in as customers and left as family. It felt as they would give us the shirt right off their back. I will surely be letting everyone know what the great deal that I got and how much I enjoyed my experience so much. If you're looking for a vehicle or even the motorcycle no need to go anywhere else.

I never thought I would be loyal to a car dealership but the service and professionalism from the service team at Jeff D’Ambrosio Alfa Romeo in Malvern is extraordinary. I truly believe that this is due to the leadership and expectations of Steve, the service manager. I feel in love with my car, Louise, when I saw her at another local dealer. Sadly, they didn’t service her properly or know how when I bought her. This led me to a panicked call to Jeff D’Ambrosio Alfa Romeo right as they closed. The first question Steve asked me was if I was somewhere safe! I think I was honestly confused…who is that thoughtful in this day! The dealership is an hour away and we got my car there. We had a MAJOR repair to do and he walked me through the process and explained everything in detail. When the repair was done and I got home that night, I got a text(not automated) to make sure I got home safely and everything was good. This kindness is what has created a loyal customer for life.
