# Summary The dealership receives mixed feedback, with sales experiences ranging from smooth and pressure-free to reportedly involving aggressive upselling tactics, while service department reviews highlight competent repairs but note communication delays and staffing concerns. One customer reported severe damage to their vehicle during service with unresponsive management, contrasting sharply with positive experiences from buyers who praised patient salespeople and transparent transactions.

I’m writing as I have recently relocated back to DC and visited Alfa Romeo Maserati dealership in Tysons corner. I dropped the vehicle off 5 weeks ago for a cosmetic repair(9 days), and was called in to pick up the vehicle three days ago(1-month later). As soon as I picked up the vehicle, my gas cap assembly was broken by force, my suspension was damaged during the cosmetic repair and they returned the vehicle to me, without notice. I asked for the repair report and was not given one. I was sent home in an unsafe vehicle that was shaking the entire drive, and when I returned the next morning I was told that on the right side of my car, that did not have damage before. Now has suspension damage, control arm damage and needs all new brakes and rotors for the entire vehicle. 7K of damage that WAS NOT there when they inspected it lol. FML GEICO leadership and they have let me know they are not going to cover any repairs because the damage was not there when the vehicle was dropped off as part of the inspection. Also all the service guys really enjoyed lounging on my car throughout the day. See photos below. The general manager, Jose Bustamante is not taking any responsibility and I wanted to connect immediately. My resolve for this is to get my vehicle repaired as soon as possible as a priority. I have reached out to both vice presidents, and heard nothing back. A lot of people don’t understand the experience between buying one of these vehicles and then servicing a vehicle with these dealerships. I would stay away!

Had a great experience buying from Ozzie Doran at Alfa of Tysons — got an excellent car for a great price. Ozzie took the time to patiently answer all my questions, and I never felt pressured or rushed. Car was delivered exactly as promised, and the whole process was smooth and painless. Would definitely recommend.

This review is a bit overdue, as we purchased our used 2023 Lexus RX500h back in September 2025. Upon arrival to the dealership, we were greeted by our salesman, Easton, who had the Lexus up front and ready for us. He went over several features of the vehicle with us before accompanying us on a test drive. We fell in love with the car in those few minutes, so decided to purchase it. Easton was great! The negotiation process was straightforward, as was financing. We still love this car, and would not hesitate to recommend Alfa Romeo of Tysons Corner.

This review is for the service department. I have brought my Giulia in due to multiple issues, a faulty battery that had to be replaced, creaking noise with the sunroof, AC noise, and a recall. They have been able to fix all of these, thankfully under warranty and I have not had additional issues after these were fixed. I was offered a rental car and have had no issues regarding the repairs and rental car process. My advisors on 2 separate occasions were nice enough to extend the number of days I had to use the rental as well. A few improvements that I would recommend are having the advisor(s) send updates in a timely manner. On one occasion, I was told a repair would take a few hours and did not receive any updates the whole day. I tried to contact my service advisor multiple times but couldn't connect despite leaving voicemails. I ended up connecting with him the next day who did apologize for the late communication, but an update noting that they had to keep my car another day/overnight would have been good to know. I had no issues with leaving my car longer, but please communicate this. On a separate repair appointment, I was informed a repair would be a couple hours. After a good amount of time, I had to call in to get an update and was informed that the repair had to be extended a few more days (which was fine), but I had to inquire and call them instead of being sent an update. I don't think it's an issue with the specific advisors, but more so with how busy they are or how busy they can get. It almost seems like they are understaffed. If so, it would be nice to have additional assistance/staff to mitigate these issues in the future. It would also be nice to receive a service loaner instead of a rental car. I understand most dealerships don't have 100's of loaners to loan out, but being able to loan another Alfa while my Alfa get's serviced would be a nice touch. Overall, I’ve had a great experience but securing a service loaner could be the extra difference between staying at this dealership vs taking a short trip to the dealership across the bridge...

I've never seen such a blatant moneygrab attempt. After settling on a car we liked, talking with the salesperson and doing a test drive, we were ready to buy the vehicle. The price, the condition- everything was fine. The moment I refused extended warranty and "extra paint protection" and told them that I would be financing through my own bank, conveniently a "manager" barged in, informing that "oh, what a shame, we just realized, but we sold this car tomorrow, but hey- here's another car for you, three times the price". This was the most blatant upsale scam I've ever seen... and yeah, I am not interested in your "thank you for your service".
